At Soundlose, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Period
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Requirements
Products should generally be returned in their original condition and with original accessories, manuals, packaging and included components where applicable.
Products that have been damaged through misuse, abuse or use outside their intended purpose may not qualify for a refund.

4. Return Shipping
For voluntary returns, the customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refunds
